PATHETIC SERVICE QUALITY

I attended a movie on Sunday, 26 May 2013 in cinema 1, Fast and Furious 6, seats AA 14 to 16.
Firstly, the movie was scheduled for start at 17:55 but we were only let in at 18:00. Upon arriving at my seat, I discovered it was wet and covered with a plastic bag! Considering that it was already late, I had to sit through the movie on a wet seat.
Subsequently after the movie, I attempted to draw this to the manager's attention. Her response was that it wasn't wet... this without considering that it was occupied for almost 2 hours. I was also informed that I should have left my seat and informed them but I had paid and booked in advance for this movie which I was not prepared to miss any part thereof.
In all this, your staff were rude and very unhelpful. I am a very regular weekly patron of your cinema and this is actually the second time I had issues with a wet seat!
I would appreciate a response in this matter as I am reconsidering my patronage. You should also consider providing your staff with better training.
Further, I have emailed your management and there has been no response. Your lack of accountability is shocking!
