Yet again I am faced with incompetent staff at edcon stores. This is my 3rd complaint about your staff.
just got off the phone with someone at the Rivonia CNA store, I asked him if he has issue 7 of a weekly baking magazine, he then answered "What? ".
so I repeated my self and explained... and he said "ok bye"
I told him that I am asking him something why is he saying bye to me??
he then left the phone aside and asked for Vinolia to take the call. I could hear him talking in the Background for a while. I was then put on hold. I w as taken off hold and placed on mute.
I hung up and typed this directly after.
I am so tired of the poor service and lack of ability by the staff at Edcon stores. simple tasks seem hard for people to understand and perform. Like I said this is my 3rd complaint about basic questions not being answered on handled with professionalism.
