Failing to assist me

Im having the acc with josua door at kerk branch, my acc was including the issurance.i was later retretched in 2008 and i went to my branch and submitted my doccument.later on they closed the kerk branch and there fore i started to received calls telling me to pay or they will blacklist me.i payed and payed until i failed as im nt working.i went to their jeppe branch and they wrote many emails to the heard office asking them to deal with the matter but nothing happen.they always sent people to cum and take the machine or else i must borrow cash and give them which i did.i went back to jeppe and i was told that no one must take the machine to me as it is not my fault.they sent me to braamfontein customer services and they tried but nothing happen until i received an sms telling me that my matter have been resolved ref no:0006365290622302837 and for further info i must contact 0860110806.i contacted the number but no one knows anything about it.i went to the shop they told me to keep paying.i am unemployed and the managers failed this before closing the branch at Kerk.i believe that the insurance company are owing me lot as i have paid much, let them settle my account and refund me.
