On the 20/03/2013 o the Kerk street branch to go buy a few things i need for my house and i ended up buying beef bones that were charged R25.00. When i got home i tried cooking them only find human hair on them. I tried returning them the follwoing day whihch was on a holiday but when i got the whihc was around 09:20 i found that the store was still closed when they were supposed to be open by 09:00 already. While i waited for the store to open i asked the other customers that were waiting for the store to open how long they were there for and they said from 09:00. We knocked on the roller door to check if they will be open & dat was at about 09:35, the security were so rude as if it was our duty to ask them if they will be opening. We had to ask them and get shouted at for asking. 10 minutes later i requested for a manager so that they can tell us when is it that they will be opening when Thulani got there he was already irriatated at us. Being the good customer that i am i thought it wud not be proper for to to start telling him about the filthy meat i bought which cud stop the other guys from buying. I wont keep quite about this as i always shop there and have an account there
