Good day
My cousin went to Woolworth KERK Street on the 12 April and wanted some items to be sent to Carlton Centre and the guy that I spoke to refused to give me his name and told me that can't be done as it will take 3days for the clothes to get to Carlton Branch, I told him is fine and he walked away and told me to go to customer service and they will put it aside.
Afternoon went to KERK STR to go and pay for the clothes I asked to speak to the manager but I was referred to the Supervisor Thandi who told me they floor is busy she won't have time to go with me identify the guy that helped me, she said she will call the manager but she was on the phone for so long I left.
I went to your Woolworths Jabulani Mall Branch on the 12April 13, was looking for the Peppermint Tart Cake and it was not there, for the past two weeks I have come in and when I ask the cashiers they says it is out of stock, the cashier that helped me referred me to this guy who said he will order it and it will be there on 13 April 13, I came on Saturday and it was not there still.
I took some things and went to pay but the queue was so long and I asked for the Manger I was told he/she is not available t
