NO MAGAZINE NO STATEMENTS NOTHING

I have not being receiving my statements as well as my magazine BUT i get debited from my jet accout for inspite of updating my details. this has been going on for four months.

I want the money for the magazines credited back and please send me statements asap.

I emailed your head office on the contact function on your website and WOW CAN YOU GUESS ITS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND NO REPLY.
