My 86 year old father went to Game Key West yesterday to buy a little telephone table and a chair, he enquired whether the items could be delivered, on being informed that there was a delivery charge, he indicated that he could not afford it, my wife and I work considerable distances from the store and are therefore not able to collect the items. The manager asked one of the employees to load the items onto a trolley which he duly did and walked with my father to his cottage, about 1km and delivered the goods.
What an absolutely stunning gesture for a man who lost his wife 10 days ago and was forced to leave his beloved dog of 11 years in order to move to Krugersdorp from Kimberley.
Thank you Game, thank you to the anonymous manager & employee who so kindly assisted a frail old man, he and I are very grateful
