I reported the bad service pertaining to my daughters cards which are linked to mine and the fact that on more than one occassion documents have been sent to Edcon - what happens to all the documents seeing they cant find them - where are they? Who has them?... odd! Got a call about the erroneous blocking of my account due to a concern of their division but they did not call me to ask just blocked the account how study! but FICA issues and their cards are still not sorted. Antionette called me and I am still waiting on her return call! I cannot believe that Nomzekelo from Call Centre who was initially involved in July re FICA and the fact that I showed email copies of what was sent that this is still a problem for my girls in November. Dont they want their business! What is going on internally - can't they organize themselves!
