Its all a mess...
I pre-ordered ARTPOP, 2 copies of it in separate orders.
First the expected delivery dates was not on the same day and not on the release day.
I called and they assured me I will receive it on release day and I shouldn't worry about the dates on the website.
I emailed and the confirmed it to be here latest the day after release.
Today is release date (11th) and now they tell me I am only going to receive my parcels a week later. No one knows why they told me I would receive it today. They all act confused about the subject.
When I called to confirm my pre-order last week the lady went to speak to the manager and came back and told me not to worry.
They. And I am disappointed and cheated.
