On 15 August 2013 i pre-ordered the new Bok vna Blerk CD from Kalahari (order #6388280). The release / delivery date advertised was around the last week of September. No product was delivered. Then on 14/10/2013 a generic email was sent to say that release date was pushed from 15/10 to 23/10. At this stage the album was already available in store at Musica (and others) since around the 7th of October. I raised a query as to why it is that it's available in store yet they say its not yet released. It went backwards and forwards, and first i was doubted on the availability in stores, then they acknowledged it. The generic excuse of our suppliers hasn't released it yet was fed to me with a "sorry" of a R50 voucher loaded to my profile. Up until today the product has not been delivered despite written confirmation of delayed delivery date on the 23rd of October. I called the customer centre and spoke to the consultant Orion Baatjies (dealing with the query) and got the standard oh sorry don't really know will find out response. I indicated that i want the product delivered today before close of business even if they go to musica and buy it. Nothing yet
