Great service from Penelope

I went shopping at clicks secunda on saterday 9th of november 2013, and i busy in the aisle picking items and carrying them on my arms when a lady came to me and gave me a basket and asked me if she could help me with anything. I was amazed because i shop there all the time and not once did anyone ask if i need help. But Penelope Mncube went the extra mile. She is a keeper and a great employee
