I have to post a new report as I cannot reply to a response from Nu Metro.
In my previous messge I asked why the local release date of Man of Steel is 2 weeks later than most of the rest of the world and also asked if Nu Metro is not the local distributor of Man of Steel please could they inform me as to who is.
Nu Metro responded with:
most African countries release the new films three months later (including SA), after the film is off circuit in these overseas countries.
My response to this is that why does Eqypt get Man of Steel released on the same date as America gets it
on the 14 June 2013 and South Arica gets it 2 weeks later. Additionally I noticed only from mid to
late last year did major movies release later as they alwys seemed to be released at the same date
or a week later after America, or perhaps I am mistaken here.
Also I did not receive any contact info on the local distibutor which in this case as Nu Metro mentioned is Warner Bros SA branch
