A while ago a placed a pre-order on a PS3 Collectors Edition game with [URL Removed] Earlier this week I got an email from them that stated: The official release date for Batman: Arkham Origins Collectors Edition has been changed to the 30th of October due to the suppliers having a delivery issue. I was disappointed, but it was ok. Then today I get the following e-mail from them: Bad news! The item you ordered isn't available anymore and we've unfortunately had to cancel the order.
So what is the purpose of pre-ordering anything with you then? I would have thought it is to ensure that you actually get what you order.
This is totally unacceptable. Shouldn't you have closed the pre-orders once a limit was reached? I will be closing my account with you, so that I don't make the same mistake ever again trying to order something from you. In future I will make use of [URL Removed] at least their customer service is up to scratch.
