"Overdue" Account

Edgars letter of overdue account date 7/6/13 is received 12/7/13 with wrong billing address. I changed my contact details in store during April. To date I have not received account to correct address, which means the help desk cant do their job.
Firstly, how do you expect clients to make pmts without statements? Secondly, I use Edgars maybe twice yearly & for probably less than R1000, I have NEVER missed a pmt & have always paid MORE than the min. Thirdly, you have the audacity to send me a letter suspending my acc, recommending debt review, threatening me with black listing all for the grand total of R180.00, that was 30 days overdue! Edgars has NEVER contacted me about an outstanding amt, but is quick to send a letter like that.

Chantelle Usher (collections mngr) needs to learn a few niceties. You CANT treat all customers alike. I have an impeccable credit history & do not need some admin clerk jeopardising it because Edgars can't send accounts to the correct address. I recommend Edgars checks themselves BEFORE sending out these letters. There is due process to be followed in debt collecting & you HAVE NOT followed it.
