I have got a problem with the fact that I have to pay a replacement fee of R50.00 on a card that worn out and that I seldom use. as a result I have decided not to use the account anymore and I have a credit balance of R13 on the card over and above the limit allocated to me. The issue does not bug me because I have got vast access to credit, R50 is not a lot of money but it's a matter of principle that I cannot afford to incur costs for something that could have been avoided if the cards were of good quality.
