I went to ellerines in Alexandra and opened an account and everything was basically approved by the branch and i even paid for the tv license and they promised to deliver the same day and nothing happened for 3 days not even a phone call to tell me if something went wrong and then i went to the shop and they told me that my application was rejected without a reason and i want to know why it was rejected after i was told everything went well???
