I have been getting my prescriptions from clicks for years now, but it ends today. I have never seen such useless system in my life. Three months ago they loaded my prescription to be collected over 6 months. The first time i went they told me the prescription was expired and they could not help me, after a long argument i explained that they have my prescription and they dont give it back to me once they loaded it. They then LOAN me a month`s medicine and told me they will fix it. Yesterday i went again and the same story, I had to wait for an hour while the went through a bunch of old prescriptions (WHY THEY DONT FILE IT IN SOME KIND OF ORDER I DONT KNOW )!! So same thing, NO PRESCRIPTION, but they LOAN me pills again. So thats nice if u make enough noise they give you pills WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION because their system is not working. I want my prescription found, given to me so i can get service somewhere ells.
