On the 25/10/2013 we made a purchase from dis-chem in Witbank, the cashier swiped my card and continued to swipe it again on another card machine as the first swipe did not print a slip! The next day we picked up on the our account that we been double charged. We went back to dis-chem, where they told us to give the reversal
3 days time, if no payment is received we should bring a bank statement so they can take it up! After almost a week we went back with statements, they told us that it will be sent to head office. Heard nothing for another few days went back on the 06/11/2013. Where upon they told us they going to email head office again, i received an email from them where i informed them that i will be referring the matter to hello Pete
