Standard Bank UCOUNT CARDS

I visited the above store to do my regular shopping. when i wanted to pay, I produced my Standard Bank UCOUNT card and my Debit car. The cashier called the SUPERVISOR, who confirmed to the teller that it is a Mastercard, I explained that it's a reward card, and that you can not pay with it. She them confirmed that they dont accept the UCOUNT reward cards. Not impressed
