On Thursday, 31st October 2013, my girlfriend purchased a Samsung S4 Mini from your Parow store at around 5pm. We were told by Leeann, the cellular consultant on duty, that if there are any technical faults on the device within 7 days, it would be replaced. My girlfriend then asked her if it was 7 working days or 7 calendar days and she replied: "working". During the purchase she wasn't very informative about the processes and procedures of the after-sales support and to top it off while we were in the sales process she picked up the phone and called a friend of hers to find out who hanged their garage door while we were waiting(VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) for her to do whatever she was doing. On Wednesday, 6th November 2013, at around 7pm the cellphone just went haywire. Asked my girlfriend to take it back the next day because it was faulty and it was within the 7 working days, so I would get a new phone immediately because I don't have a back-up phone. On Thursday, 7th November 2013, my girlfriend took the cellphone back and was told that she was a day too late. They then booked in the phone, to be sent for evaluation. My girlfriend contacted me and let me know.
