Customer Service non existent at Makro PE

Owner of Dulce St George's Hospital - Have had nothing but bad service from Makro Port Elizabeth. Late Deliveries. Reps not showing up to take orders on time. Orders placed & paid via EFT, previously delivered on receipt of proof of payment now suddenly not being delivered till amount shows in Makro's account. (On this point had been at Makro previously to pay them when their accounts department does not even know an amount is outstanding??!!) The head of their accounting department (Tembalani Mdletye) is extremely rude &, does not even know who the Director of his own company is when requested to transfer us through to the manager. Felicia (2nd i charge at Makro PE) although sympathetic is also extremely unhelpfull. Personally we as a retail store will in future take our business to Finro's Port Elizabeth as this is just the last straw in a series of bad experiences with this branch who clearly needs to train their managers & reps i Customer Service. Coincidentally the receptionist on duty is the only person who is helpfull & knows what is going on at the company. Thank you to her. Janey Nortje - Owne
