I always buy OMO even though it is alot more expensive than other detergents, once a month. I was at Pick n Pay (in Umhlanga Crescent) a few months ago and there was a lady in the aisle promoting OMO - She informed me that "If you buy OMO you will get a free manicure/ a few other free options. "... So I brought a few bags of OMO that month - I proceeded to follow the details inside the pack - emailing them the code etc to receive my 'free prize'. I got a phone call from a lady who could barely understand english - they sent me a form via email (which i had to print out, fill in and email back - which I did) - I never heard from them again or received a thing. I am in the advertising industry - false advertising and shocking customer service is just the pitts!! I will not support OMO any further and inform all my colleagues of their false Advertising.
