I posted a complaint on 15 May about the HP cartridges.
Niel from HP contacted me to confirm that Makro gave me the wrong cartridges for my HP Laserjet M1217nfw MFP.

Makro wants to confirm with HP that they gave the wrong cartridges, but Makro can't get hold of Niel.
Makro will replace the cartridges if they can confirm with Niel.

Please advise as soon as possible, this has been going on for 2 months.
