For the second time, bought vacuum packed T-Bone (expiry date 18.10.13) on 05.11.13. It is a NASTY surprise to discover this at 21h00 at night! The overall standard of this store is POOR! It is giving the Shoprite Group a bad name. Why be satisfied with sub standard products and service, just because you are not in a big city. As the biggest supermarket in the area, you should think that they will go all out with regards to quality and service. Yet, the opposite is true. That is why 99% of the people rather travel100km to visit stores in other towns, as this store is a disgrace! Please do not give the same old generic response. Please help in making a lasting, positive difference to this store. The people staying here are dependant on you! Please Care and be a PROUD, SUFFICIENT service provider!
