This report is long overdue. Staying in a little town, one is dependant on service providers in your area. What I fail to understand, is why should standards not be kept in line and why service should lack just because the service provider is not in a big town/city. My logic tells me, being part of a big outlet such as Shoprite and being the biggest service provider in the area, one should actually go out of your way to maintain your standards and service.
At this branch, however, this is not the case.
*Standard of meat products=disgusting (at any given time you Will find expired meat on the shelves, if not expired, the colors of meat products tells a different story)
*Cooldrink fridge has been out of order for more than two months now
*Always runs out of stock over weekends and month ends.
*95% of cashiers the most unhappy, unfriendly people you can imagine
*Stock not up to standard - can never find at this branch what is freely available in bigger towns/cities
*Not enough tellers over peak periods
*Non clearing of trollies and baskets, the place is always a mess
This place is not the face of Shoprite - its a disgrace to the Group. Don't phone/email - UP YOUR GAME!!!
