I went into the store on the 05of November to browse around. I was wearing a top/jacket that they were busy unpacking. THe lady working in that department saw me with the top on. SHe then assumed that i took on of the tops went to the dressing room and put the top on as she insisted that while she was busy unpacking there was 4 and when she saw me there was only 3 left. They took me to the back and insisted that i must have switched tops. They kept me there for 2 hours like a criminal as the whole shop was staring and witnessing my humiliation. I had to take the top off for them to smell it to see that i actually worn the top from home. They then released me and i went home to go fetch my till slip and showed them this, They merely apologised and acknowledged their mistake. This is totally unacceptable and i will not let this blow over. i was publicly humiliated and belittled. The store manager's name is Natasha.
