Hi, I had three loan accounts with Capitec Bank which were fully paid up in November 2013. I was informed that I would receive a Fully Paid Up Letter and Credit Bureau clearance within five working days.
It is now the 30th of January 2014 and have not received anything from Capitec Bank. I need my name cleared urgently please.
