I reported purchases on my Markham account which took place on the 24-12-2012 in Bloemfontein and by the way I have been there in my whole life. I was promised the matter will be investigated and feedback will b provided within 14 days. I am still waiting for someone from the Forensics dept to give me a call instead I get calls from incompetent rude agents who ask me to pay my account, like I will. I would rather go to court if needs be. TFG has the responsibility to secure their clients account against some staff members who collude with this conman. I need this sorted as in yesterday.
