I had the worst customer service experience by Moreletta Park Checkers, we have been shopping there for over 5 years and we will not set foot in that shop again. To be informed by a manager that I should read the labels properly, she doesn't even have the decency to stand face to face, with me when she talks to me but talks to my back, as my 5year old is sitting in a trolley vomiting in a bowl. To be informed it is not her fault if we customers put stuff by the wrong places, to hear a packer confirm my story that the bowls were by the price of R15.99 however, and then continue to talk in an African language I unfortunately do not understand, to be informed by Thandeka that I can take the matter as high as I want I will still pay R29.99 and to confront the packer and she informs me she did not see the price where the bowl stood without looking me in the eye. I did send a detailed email to your company with regards to the matter. please note I do not want anything from Checkers nor do I want them to phone me I just want to vent my utter disgust with Moreletta Checkers and the lack of service received from a company where we used to shop for over 5 years.
