Today 28/10/2013 @ 4:23 i was shopping at Checkers at Sanlam Centre. First of all the shop is so unorganized that you are unable to move my trolley through the aisle as there is merchendise blocking the way. When i got to the till the cashier, was impolite and unfriendly. She did not bother to greet and simply ask if i want bags. I then ask her to get me carton of sigarettes from the kiosk, her response was "WHAT". I then informed her that her response was not the way to speak to client, the propper response should have been " excuse me". The teller behind me loudly exclaims " jirre ek moet ", i was so shocked that i ask here if that was the way to speak infront of customers? After i have paid my R2000 bill (what i spend each in Checkers) my cashier did not even to bother to hand me the slip instead she just left it laying there. After a very bad experience, when walking away the cashier and the packer was hysterically laughing at me. I spend at least R10000 a month in Checkers but obviously after this bad service Checker won't see me ever again. Thank you!
