Payment whent through 3x

I went to pep home in George and I made a payment wit my card and
the billing went through 3 times. And the money the promised me back I still have not received.
I think this is very bad service because I needed the money to go back home and I could not because
of this bad service.
Please can any one help me with this? I have the slips still from PEP.
