Edgars keep giving issues when I want to make purchases to reconfirm details by blocking my account and causing hours of delays in stores. I have also had to re FICA and re RICA more than once in store and then head office does not seem to get the documentation causing embarrasment and aggrevation for my daughters in store and hours of calls to call centre and emails! This makes the whole shopping experience not pleasurable and Edgars dont not seem to care how their old clients - ie me, are handled as their staff sometimes dont even understand what is going on with the blocking or the reason for it, it is rediculous and unprofessional.
