I decided to try the new top shop store at menlyn, the topshop staff on the floor were very helpful, but I cant say the same about the rude unlearned twitts at the till wearing Edgar's uniform. When I approached the till none of them were interested in helping me. they debated for some time with each other before helping me. interestingly enough they had enough energy to dance to the music in the store. Taking his sweet time, The guy rang my items and then when I gave him my card, he rudely asked me why is it that I didn't tell him at the beginning that I was using an account. When I told him he didn't ask me, he just banged the bag with my items on the counter and instructed his equally uninterested friend to finish the transaction. I walked away shocked. I only opened this account for Boardman's furniture, now that there's no furniture at boardmans anymore, I really have no incentive to keep the account. I will close this account by end of Nov, that's my promise to you and the rubbish that you hire to represent your cheap brand! I refuse to give you my money and still be treated like rubbish!!!
