Internet transfer not reflecting on account

I have made a internet transfer to pay my account on the 08/10/2013 and the payment is not reflecting on my account. I have tried to get hold of someone to get this resolved but the remittance department seems to be on strike or non existing, I have sent emails to them including proof of payment and they have given me the following numbers which no one ever answers:

Its super ridiculous trying to get hold of anyone on all these numbers:

Even co-workers in other departments can't transfer me to the right people.
