I placed an online order for a CD with Kalahari books. I followed up twice on this order. More than a month later when I followed up again I was informed that my order was cancelled. I also confirmed with my bank that the repayment has not been made. The service is poor. When i contacted the call centre the background noise of the personnel was so lound that I could not hear the operator. I will not order throug Kalahari again.
