Account Billing Incorrect

Hi, this is the 3rd time i am trying to correct my account. Hopefully this will get sorted out now. You are billing me for plans and club fees on my account and i did not apply or give you permission to add that to my account. I want it to be taken off my account and i want all the deductions reversed from when the account was opened. I did not apply for that i don't know why it was added to my account, please correct this error. And can someone please do something about the Edgars in Festivall Mall Kempton Park, they never have enough people on the paypoints, there is one or two paypoints open, this is crazy you always stand in a line just to pay your account. Even when it is month end, now is festive season i dont even want to go there.
