I phoned to enquire about the replacement of a windscreen. The lady was very friendly and helpful, explained the process and got authorisation from my insurance within less than half an hour. The following day I went in to have the windscreen replaced and all the staff, from reception to the driver and everyone in between, were very friendly and efficient and I was very happy with the quality of work.
