I must say, I have received the poorest service from Truworths this month, it is absolutely shocking!!!
The saddest is, there are stores that charge A LOT LESS, but their online shopping and service is a million times better! And it's not small department shops, just as big as Truworths. They charge less and their quality is A LOT BETTER!!! My husband bought a pair of DH pants, washed it once, the buttons fell off. The pants was over R600, so I ask you??? I don't think he will buy on his account again. And you can still await a HUGE complaint from him.
Now, your website does not work. I have been trying to request a specific item that was in store, but they did not have my size since last week Friday, and your website keeps saying it can't assist. So, after trying each day, on Monday I sent an email to ask if you have in stock, and guess what, shockingly, I am still waiting for a response!!!
Thank you for the nice service. Not that I am expecting ANY response from you guys! Within 48 workings hours is more like NEVER... And why should I phone??? I pay a lot of money for your clothes and you could not bother to respond...
