Falsey accused

I got accused for shoes in the store as i was exchanging a pair of shoes . there was a sale on at edgars in canal walk . while walking out of the store the security stoped me an told me to wait for someone.i waited few min after that the head of security calld me in a a back office and cross questioned me like some criminal the incident happend about middle last year and i have still not received any feed back of the situation the store manager did not want to gave any names al so when i promted to see the camara i i was told that the system was off line - how could it be off line of the apparently saw me. Im very unhappy as i am a edgars customer i hope everyone sees this and knows what the treat customers
