Double payment refund not being returned!

2 months ago now I made a final payment on a loan account under debt review and then ended up making a double payment in error. till today we have been sent from pilar to post to get the responsible party (between recovaries, the outsourced company "red" something", WW financial services etc) to take ownership and get this resolved!

we ended up with Yushra who is always very helpful WHEN you get a hold of her and advised that approval was obtained from management to refund and funds would be returned this week. it is now Thursday and still nothing and worst is I cannot get a hold of Yushra in debt review for the last 40 min I spent on calls to various centres being diverted and then given direct numbers as they cannot transfer that does not exist! I NEED that double payment urgently!!!
