I called this morning to enquire whether or not the deli woll be making the brger that they have on special The 2 for R25. i was put through to the deli and held on forever and a day and no one picked up, i then called back and asked the same thing and nobody know at the managers station and someone has to run to the deli to go on and enquire- i was told YES that there would be an its finished they are just putting it n the Rolls. when my friend went down as we on the 3Rd floor she was told they are not making today. So somewhere at PnP there is a error in communication and when i phoned back for the 3rd time i spoke to a lady that was going to call me back after spekaing to the customer mng and never called me- i called and spoke to a sharon that made me also hold forever until i finally gave up- this is the third time in one month that i received bad service from PNP and it is highly unacceptable
