I tried to redeem my reward.
After sending the code to the number I found on the inside of the OMO bag, I waited a few days.

The first time the call centre contacted me, they promised me to book at Harbour House on the V&A Waterfront. They promised me to confirm the booking by SMS

I was very surprised to receive an SMS with a confirmation for an restaurant in Alberton!
I live in Capetown!

I phoned the call centre several times but there were always high call volumes and leaving a message was not possible because the box was full.

When I finely managed to leave a message, they called me back and promised me to confirm the booking, this time for the 21 st of July at the Hourbour House V&A Waterfront.

Surprise, surprise I received a SMS on the 14 July to confirm a booking at
Whang Thai in Cape Town for the same day.
I was not able to contact the call centrum because of high volumes.
So i decided to forget about the whole thing.

But today I received another SMS confirmation. This time for Peperena's Capetown (unknown to me) at 13h00 21/07/2013

On the end some progress, date and time are alright but not the place!

I give up!
