After purchasing multiple perfumes from Red Square online shopping site, and having the money cleared from my credit card company, and supplying my Edgars UCOUNT number during the online purchase, my order has still not been delivered. The Red Square website claims delivery in 5 days. 4 weeks later, and numerous phone calls later, each time where they claim suspected card, but the delivery was now dispatched.
Today when I queried what was happening, they informed me they want a copy of my ID! Really, what is going on??
I finally decided just to cancel the order and told the Red Square call center to reimburse my money, their response to that?..send us a email!!
Brilliant service EDCON. Wonder how long it will be before I am reimbursed...
