Deposit into incorrect account

I went to Standard Bank in Thibualt Square on Tuesday 02/04/2103 to make a deposit of R660 into my account because my wife had my card and had to pay something urgently. To my surprise my wife called me to say money is not in the account. After checking the deposit slip I only realised that I paid it into my brother's account his initial is also "J" just like mine. I must admit I made an error like all the other humans does. I went back the same afternoon. Your bank was closed when I returned round about 1 o clock due to system issues. I came back to the offices and called your customer care and they informed me I need to go and correct it inside the bank. I went early Wednesday morning and female at your enquiries counter told me my brother needs to give me the money back and she see that a debit order went off and he needs to go and dispute it. Why should I inconvenience my brother when you can just reverse the money from his account and transfer it into my account? What is so difficult doing that as your customer care advised me. An account that was supposed to be paid from my side is suffering now. Like I said it was a human error. Please correct ASAP or I need to report to Ombudsman. J
