I was shocked to find out that Game has new rules regarding product returns. I purchased a Samsung Phone and 2days later it started rebooting itself and freezing & I'd have to reboot it myself. A day later I took the phone back to Game with the 7days of purchase. They told me that they have to book the phone in for assessment as it had scratches. what shocked me was that after waiting for a good 15minutes to be assisted by a lady whom when I walked into the cellphone department was sloughing on a chair. she didn't offer to assist so I assumed she is on a break. I only realised that she was working in that department when another lady came, waited for about 5minutes & asked if she could assist her and that's when she dragged herself of her chair. my problem was not that I didn't want to follow the procedure but rather that the salesperson that sold me the phone said that I have 7days to return the phone if I experience any problems and said nothing about booking the phone for assessment of which no one could say how long it would take. I eventually spoke to the store manager who seemed very tired as she strolled to assist me. while I was talking to her she answered her phone.
