Reference number is 2045097/20131028/S.G.N.I called 0800203725 again at 9:15 am 29 October, and Refiloe confirmed that there is no managers available and all is on training. Yesterday I called Joyce at the call centre and he said that she will call me back. She called back and I said I should take the items back to the and Juby will sort the problem out. Upon arriving at the Glen, Juby was unavailable and the staff did not know what to do. I called the call centre and waited 10 minutes only to find out Joyce is on Lunch. I've been running up and down and been calling the call centre from Saturday 27 October and Malber who also assisted me. No one takes responsibility. Egards must credit my account and must come home to fetch the items as I will not go back to that store again. This is the 3th time this is happening to me. Service level shocking.
