I bought a pair of sneakers from my local Edgars only to found after having the shoes on for only a couple of hours that it was definitely not the size that i purchased as these shoes are killing me. They were sore narrow that the base of my foot started to ache so unbearably that i suffered this pain for three days to come. I took the shoes back to Edgars to at least see if i can get a different size or anything as i dont want my money back but rather shoes that will fit properly - i was not assisted in the least - they could not care any less and apparently could not help me as the shoes have been "worn". I still have the pair of shoes neatly in their box and trust me, they are good as new! So in desperation i tried contacting Adidas themselves to see if they can maybe help seeing that they are the manufacturer of this ridiculously narrow shoe. Needless to say i have been trying for more than a week, more than 5 attemps to register my complaint on their website without any joy - i keep on getting this message: ' Your request could not be completed at this time due to technical difficulties. Please try again later.' Can anyone help?! I have NEVER been so UTTERLY disappointed!!
