As per the NCA, if an adverse/default listing was listed against a client, it stays at different bureaux (XDS, Experian, Transunion and Compuscan) for a period of 2 years but after which it has to be completely taken off and not only updated as settled or paid up in full but removed.
Can I please get my details update and removed from those bureaux bodies under my name as I have settled them and my account was handed over in early 2010 and please advise how long will it take to be removed.
