Default ITC Listing

I apologize firstly for falling back on my foschini account, I take full responsibility for that. With that said I have since paid this account up in full. MBD attorneys stated that if I settled this account in full ( - R4600) they would remove my Default listing from ITC. I have since paid it and now cannot get hold of the gentleman that I spoke to and his manager told me today that they do not handle ITC listings??? I'm not sure who is responsible for updating your clients ITC listings but it has not been updated from even before I settled as I was paying R710 consistently for quite a few months and this has never been posted on ITC. I have received a letter of settlement from MBD but there is no use having the letter if no one is taking me off ITC as I was assured. The listing does not show up on Transunion however the default is showing on Experian as I have downloaded my credit reports and since I am trying to rehabilitate my credit score I check this quite regularly, and Transunion AND Experian both do not show any changes since I started paying my installments earlier this year. Please I have paid my dues and need to get this resolved URGENTLY!! Please respond.
