I requested an item on the 10th of October, through the Fashion Delivery Hotline. Was told it takes 5 - 7 days. It's now been almost 3 weeks and it still hasn't been delivered to the Brooklyn store? Why do you promote and advertise a service if you can't deliver? If I knew it was going to take this long I would have gotten in my car and fetched it myself?! No feedback or anything? Seriously?
